site-specific installation, 2013
I had got an opportunity in the university to make an exhibition in a baroque Calvary which is located in the university garden. I created a site-specific installation directly for this space. The main part is a symmetrical form carved by wood. I put it between two mirrored surface (two polished metals) so the symmetry reflects continuously on them. The sculpture part with the mirrors are on a transparent column and the top of it also have its column part till the ceiling of the special quasi-orb shaped space. This wood sculpture is a segment of an invisible connection is intensified by the building: it has a round shape window (opeion) on the ceiling looks to the sky, so we can continue the repeated and linked symmetry infinite in our imaginary.
